The Operation concerns the necessary functional layout and fitting-out of the new Day Care Centre for the Elderly (KIFI) of the Municipality of Ilion, in order to provide safe, modern, and high-quality day care to elderly individuals who are unable to care for themselves.
It includes the procurement and installation of specialized equipment (beds, furniture, air conditioning, alarm system, food service dumbwaiter) and the landscaping of the surrounding area (irrigation, planting, lighting, fencing).
The goal is the creation of welcoming, functional, and aesthetically upgraded spaces that will offer comfort, safety, and support to the elderly while enhancing the Municipality’s social services.

The Operation concerns the layout, fitting-out, and complete functional upgrade of the new Day Care Centre for the Elderly (KIFI) of the Municipality of Ilion, with a total area of 1,895 m², to offer safe and high-quality day care to up to 75 elderly individuals who are unable to care for themselves.
It includes the landscaping of the surrounding area (excavations, irrigation, planting, lighting, fencing) and the procurement of necessary equipment (air conditioning, alarm system, food service dumbwaiter, furniture, and specialized equipment).
The project substantially strengthens the Municipality’s social infrastructure, offering safe, modern, and supportive care to the elderly while relieving families facing social, economic, or health difficulties.
