Establishment of a Core Team at the Territorial Authority Level to support the governance of the Western Athens ITI / SUD 2021-2027, in accordance with the provisions of document Protocol No. 124143/21-12-2022 of the Special Service for Strategic Planning & Evaluation, aiming at:
Coordinating the strategy design and public consultation with local stakeholders and the local community.
Formulating the action plan for project maturation and strategy implementation.
Monitoring the progress of maturation and implementation of the strategy’s operations.
Resolving issues during the implementation process.
