The purpose of the Communication Guide is to describe the communication framework of the ESPA, ensuring a common image and identity across all operations financed by the Funds that will be implemented in Greece during the coming years.
The Guide serves as a supporting tool for the implementation of Programme obligations concerning visibility, transparency, and communication, and includes:
- A codification of the obligations of Managing Authorities and Project Beneficiaries regarding the visibility, transparency, and communication requirements of the ESPA 2021–2027, as derived from Regulation (EU) 2021/1060.
- Guidelines for establishing a common image and identity for the ESPA 2021–2027 Programmes and Operations in Greece, complementing—rather than replacing—the communication strategy adopted by each Managing Authority.
