In the area under examination within the Municipal Community of Kamatero, there are no municipally owned nursery school buildings; as a result, the rented premises used for this purpose fail to meet, in both quantitative and qualitative terms, the constantly growing needs of the residents.

The Operation concerns the construction of a new Nursery and Daycare Centre in Kamatero, including a fully landscaped surrounding space. The centre comprises an infant department, a toddler department, and a department for toddlers with disabilities, with a total capacity of 66 children.
The project includes building, electromechanical, and landscaping works, as well as full equipment. The design is bioclimatic, aiming for low energy consumption and high comfort. The new centre strengthens the Municipality’s social infrastructure, upgrades the area, and substantially contributes to the promotion of early childhood education and care.
