Summary Description:
The project in question concerns:
– the design of a building for the erection of an infant care centre (where geotechnical, architectural, structural, electromechanical studies, and tender documents will be prepared);
– the construction of the infant care centre, where the total area of spaces counted towards the building ratio is 435.00 sq.m. with an additional basement area; and
– the procurement of necessary equipment for the operation of the infant care centre (toys, furniture, electrical appliances, catering equipment, bedding/linens, and outdoor playground equipment).
