The operation concerns the development of a unified Inter-municipal Interactive Portal of Smart Functions and Services for the Municipalities of Western Athens. The Portal utilizes IoT technologies, sensor networks, crowdsourcing/crowdsensing, and ambient intelligence applications to provide modern digital services to citizens, visitors, and entities.
Within the framework of the project, the following were implemented:

Pilot smart city IoT platform with static and mobile sensors.
Smart city applications for mobility, environment, culture, and visitability.
Aggregation and utilization of urban data from citizens, applications, municipal services, and sensors.
Enhancement of inter-municipal cooperation and interoperability, and
Publicity actions for informing citizens and fostering their active participation.
The goal is to provide modern digital services, improve daily life, enhance social inclusion, and create a unified smart city ecosystem in Western Athens.
