The objective of the intervention is the energy upgrading of urban street lighting in the ITI/SUD intervention area of the Municipality of Korydallos, leading to electrical energy savings, a reduction in electricity consumption costs, an improvement in lighting levels, and a decrease in the environmental footprint.

The Operation concerns the replacement of old street lighting luminaires in the Municipality of Korydallos with new, high-energy-efficiency LED luminaires. The goal is the drastic reduction of energy consumption, resource savings, the improvement of lighting quality, and the reduction of the environmental footprint.
The intervention exclusively involves the dismantling of old luminaires and the installation of new LEDs in the existing locations, without modifying the power supply network. The objective is a modern, efficient, and environmentally friendly street lighting system for the Western Athens ITI/SUD area of the Municipality of Korydallos.
